Biography – NorbieG

🎤 An unstoppable Vocalist, Frontman, Songwriter, Backing Vocalist, and Guitarist ðŸŽ¤

From the age of five, NorbieG voice has been turning heads. Beginning with solo and choir performances in church and school plays, he quickly discovered a natural gift for commanding an audience. By fourteen, he was learning guitar, and within a year, he was fronting his first soul band. His journey soon expanded into glam rock, blues, and funk—eventually leading to performances with a Cambridge University-based funk band at prestigious May Balls and other high-profile events.

Over the years, NorbieG passion for singing eclipsed his guitar playing, cementing his reputation as a powerhouse vocalist. His distinctive sound—both natural and falsetto—has been described as gravelly yet soulful, drawing comparisons to legends such as James Brown, Levi Stubbs, Teddy Pendergrass, Errol Brown, and Eddy Grant. Yet, NorbieG voice remains unmistakably his own: original, commanding, and instantly recognisable.
